Schematic and sample plots from Polarization analysis system. The test system was designed for acquiring data with very fine spatial resolution (~2μm). The setups could be operated in a fully automatic mode with minimal input from the operator. The system could be easily adapted for acquiring Near Field with fine resolution or acquire wavelength with spatial resolution (Thermal mapping).
